Phoenix 2026 presents “WEBSCAPE”, a website
designing event.
EVENT TYPE:
• Participants can register solo or in a team (max 2
members allowed).
• The event is divided into two rounds.
1. PRELIMS:
• DATES: 17th & 18th April 2026
• TIMINGS: 10 A.M. - 4 P.M.
• Time Allotted: 30 Minutes
• A simple MCQ round consisting of 30 questions.
• Marking Scheme:
• +2 marks for each correct answer.
• -1 mark for each wrong answer.
The top-performing teams will qualify for the Final Round.
2. FINAL ROUND:
• DATE: 19th April 2026
• TIMINGS: 1 P.M. - 4 P.M.
• Time Allotted: 3 HOURS
• Competition Format:
• A theme-based website-making competition.
• The theme will be revealed on the spot.
• Participants can create a website using HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, React JS, Next JS, Vue JS, Angular JS
and Tailwind CSS.
WEBSITE CONSTRAINTS:
• Use of pre-made templates is strictly prohibited.
• The website should have a maximum of 5 web pages.
• A one-page website is also allowed.
• A section or page titled “ABOUT US” is mandatory.
• Participants must use one of the following text
editors:
• Sublime Text
• VS Code
• Notepad++
MARKING SCHEME (TOTAL 100 MARKS):
1. Coding Structure: 20 Marks
2. Website Design Appeal: 20 Marks
3. Responsiveness: 20 Marks
4. Uniqueness: 20 Marks
5. MCQ Round: 20 Marks
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• The event will start at the mentioned time. No delays
will be entertained.
• Rules are subject to change at the discretion of the
event coordinators.
• The decision of the event coordinators will be final
regarding all matters.
